The GSA-CAD GmbH & Co. KG has offered our customers for more than 20 years, a wide spectrum of services in the field of building services and equipment. The various business areas covered are, Personnel Management, Project Management and internal CAD-schooling which are joined together under the roof of www.die-CAD-spezialisten.de. As CAD specialists in building services engineering, our draftsmen and women, designers and engineers work on over 300 projects annually at our offices in Dresden and Nuremberg, as well as directly at our customers‘ location. Our employees get trained on a regular basis with the newest CAD-software.
You would also be a part of our international team, currently consisting of 80 employees from over 15 different countries.
We are looking in Dresden for personnel qualified in the following categories for permanent employment (male / female):
Mechanical engineer (focus: CAD-construction)
What we are expecting:
You have successfully completed your schooling to become a mechanical engineer specializing in building and energy technology, and have a basic knowledge of:- Air conditioning, heating and ventilation
- CAD software, ideally AutoCAD
- Preparation of documents, sections and annotations
- Working with scales
- German language proficiency with a B1 certificate
- Motivation to self-study for necessary language courses and technical skill sets
- Independently maintain records of technical records provided during the project
- Structured working methods: Analysis, problem recogonition, problem solving /making sure the project runs smoothly, buildability and qualtity
Your tasks:
- Preparation of drawings with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Prepare and edit floorplans, sections, and views
- Prepare drawings accuratly to scale (1:50/1:100)
- Depict the routing of air conditioning, heating and ventilation
- Display the mounts, vents, flanges, connections, fittings, and installation requirements for the building equipment
- Dimensions and descriptions of components
- Translate hand sketches into a CAD drawing
- Drawing management
- Avoid interferences within the drawing
